License Transfer Basic Policy
We accommodate license transfer requests only for the following items on the condition that the license was added to your account within 7 days of your request:
- Synthesizer V Studio Pro editor and its related purchased voices.
- Synthesizer V Studio Core (eligible only if it was a standard activation with no associated paid purchase history on the account).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, licenses obtained free of charge through authorized partner giveaways, promotional campaigns, or as NFR (Not For Resale) licenses are strictly prohibited from being transferred.
Purchases on the Wrong Account
If you accidentally purchased a product using the wrong account at Dreamtonics Store or resellers:
- Contact the respective store directly.
- Request a refund for the accidental purchase.
- Repurchase the product using the correct account.
- Note: This refund and repurchase option is only available within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Gifting via License Transfers
Dreamtonics does not allow direct license transfers for gifting. Instead, you can buy activation codes through authorized resellers and share them directly with your recipient.
